At Scratch, every piece of chicken is hand-selected, hand-breaded, and marinated for up to 24 hours before it ever sees a fryer. This is what it looks like when a kitchen takes its name seriously. All of our chicken is always fresh and never frozen. Our chicken comes in multiple times a week from the freshest providers. We guarentee your chicken has never seen the inside of a freezer. We are locally owned and operated and are proud to serve the Triad Community.
